MY STORY
I became a mother in 2004, a transition that marked for me tremendous growth, challenge and ultimately, the greatest joy of my life.
Despite my training and experience as a mental health therapist, like a lot of moms, I have struggled with self-doubt, worry and fear that I am somehow messing up the most important job I have ever been given.
My journey led me to create "Motherhood Journey Reimagined." My goal is to create a safe place for mothers to find comfort, care and support so they can create the life they want not just for their children, but for themselves.
